CEO of IntelligentMD Selected as Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum

CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS — March 15, 2005. Alice Jacobs, Founder, Chairman and CEO of IntelligentMD was selected by the World Economic Forum to participate as a member of its Forum of Young Global Leaders. Each year the forum identifies 200-300 exceptional individuals from every region of the world within numerous disciplines to form an international community of leaders best positioned to impact global future. Jacobs was chosen for her unique approach to global health through diagnostics. As a visionary inventor, she assembled an extraordinary team of thought leaders around her vision for next generation diagnostics to demonstrate that technology can improve both health economics and health outcomes.

Every year, thousands of candidates from around the world are proposed and assessed according to rigorous selection criteria. Only the very best candidates are selected and all efforts are extended to create a truly representative body. Jacobs will span the globe collaborating with world leaders on initiatives centered around global health, poverty, education, global security and the environment. The culmination of these meetings will be at the upcoming World Economic Forum General Meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
