CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS, December 30, 2006 — Intelligent Medical Devices (IntelligentMD) announced the addition of two highly respected and influential leaders, Fred Frank and Richard Braddock, to its governance team.
Fred Frank, Vice Chairman and Director of Lehman Brothers, Inc. has joined the Advisory Board. Mr. Frank is one of the country’s most experienced investment bankers and merger and acquisition advisors in the life sciences industry and a recent recipient of the Albert Einstein Award from the Weizman Institute of Science. His expertise will provide invaluable guidance as IntelligentMD rolls out its alliance and partnering strategies.
Richard Braddock has joined IntelligentMD's Board of Directors. He is formerly President and COO of Citicorp and most recently Chairman and CEO of priceline.com, Inc. and Chairman-Executive Committee of MidOcean Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Braddock has deep expertise as both an investor and executive leader in building shareholder value in technology-based businesses.
